My laptop crashed. I have Microsoft 365. Will I be able to retrieve all my lost documents? Can a representative please call me?

    Check if your files are on OneDrive. Follow the steps above.

    You can access https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/free-online-cloud-storage > Log in with the same account linked to the laptop > Click on My Files > Look for your documents in folders like Desktop, Documents, Pictures, etc.

    Regarding the system, you can try restoring the system by choosing the Keep Files option.
