I took the AZ-400 exam on 15th March and I have passed the exam. I have received the report card, but I have not yet received my Azure certificate. How can I get my certificate?

    Hi,

Do you have Active Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification or Active Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification? One of these is required in addition to passing AZ-400 in order to earn DevOps Engineer Expert certification.

If you don't have either of the above certifications you just need to pass AZ-104 or AZ-204 exam and the certifications will show up.

Please click Accept Answer if the above was helpful.

    Thanks.

The AZ-400 exam result and certification normally appear in the Certifications section of the Microsoft Learn profile rather than being emailed as a separate “certificate” file.

To access and download the AZ-400 certificate:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn: https://learn.microsoft.com/
    2. Select the profile name in the top-right corner and choose Profile.
    3. Go to Credentials → Certifications.
    4. Select AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions.
    5. Click View certification details and then Print to generate a printable certificate (can be saved as PDF).

If the AZ-400 certification does not appear in the Certifications tab within about 24 hours after the exam result, or if it has been longer and still does not show:

    1. Open the Microsoft Credentials Support portal: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport
    2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to register for the AZ-400 exam.
    3. Complete and save the contact details.
    4. Open https://aka.ms/credentialssupport again; it will auto-select Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
    5. Fill in the support request form with exam details (exam AZ-400, date, provider, candidate ID, etc.) and submit.

The Microsoft Credentials Support team can verify the exam record, associate it with the Learn profile if needed, and ensure the AZ-400 certification and downloadable certificate become visible.
