I can't get rid of blue lines in a Word document copied from a Google Doc

Please post a screen shot showing what you are seeing.
All conversions from one file format (Google Docs or web or pdf) to another (Word) will have formatting anomalies. These may or may not be noticeable but they will make editing more difficult.
A screenshot will help us understand, especially if you have display of non-printing formatting characters turned on.
A sample with the problem saved to OneDrive or DropBox with a share link posted here can also help.
