    Hi,

If you're accessing the Google Play Store link, use this one:

Windows no longer has official WSA support like Android does, and previously you could install Android apps on Windows.

    https://play.google.com/store/games?hl=en_US&pli=1

If it's for games, you can download directly from Google Play Games, which is the official Google Android emulator:

    https://play.google.com/googleplaygames?hl=en_US

    Or

Check if the game or app in question has a PC version.

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

2- Click on the search result.

Use these steps to troubleshoot Google Play Store access on Windows 11 with Microsoft Edge:

    1. Make sure the address is correct
      • In Edge, type https://play.google.com in the address bar and press Enter.
      • If a different or incomplete address is used, Edge may show a “page can’t be found” or similar error.
    2. Update Microsoft Edge
      • In Edge, select Settings and more (…) > Settings.
      • Go to About Microsoft Edge and let it check for and install updates.
      • Restart Edge and try opening Google Play again.
    3. Clear cached data in Edge
      • In Edge’s address bar, enter: edge://settings/clearBrowserData
      • Set Time range to All time.
      • Select Cached images and files (and optionally Cookies and other site data if comfortable signing in again to sites).
      • Select Clear now, close Edge, reopen it, and try Google Play again.
    4. Check if the issue is profile- or cache-related
      • Open an InPrivate window in Edge (Ctrl+Shift+N).
      • Go to https://play.google.com from the InPrivate window.
      • If it works there, the problem is likely with cached data or settings in the normal profile; clearing cache as above usually resolves it.
    5. Check for network or proxy issues
      • If using a work/school network, VPN, or proxy, Google Play might be blocked.
      • Temporarily disconnect from VPN or switch to a different network (for example, mobile hotspot) and try again.

If Google Play still cannot be reached in Edge but other sites work, contact the network administrator or internet provider to check whether Google domains are being blocked.
