    Hi @Juan Ruiz,

From what you described, you’re trying to activate Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024, but receiving error 0xC004C060, and the product key is being reported as invalid through both online and phone activation.

First, just to clarify a key point about this version of Office: Office LTSC 2024 (including Pro Plus) is a volume licensing product, typically deployed by organizations and activated using methods like MAK or KMS, not standard retail activation You can refer here for more details:

Regarding the error code, Microsoft confirms that 0xC004C060 means the product key is no longer valid or has been blocked. For your reference: Error code 0xC004C060 when activating Office - Microsoft Support

In real-world cases, this usually happens when:

    • The key has been revoked by Microsoft
    • The key comes from a volume license but is being used outside of its intended organization
    • The activation limit (for MAK keys) has already been reached

There’s also a similar discussion reported by other users here: MS Office 2024 Pro Plus installed Programs do not run - Microsoft Q&A

Since the key is being rejected both online and via phone activation, this points to a license-level issue, not a problem with your device or activation steps. As this is a user-to-user forum, I can help guide you, but I don’t have access to validate or recover product keys.

    Recommended next steps would be:

    1. Contact the seller (if purchased from a third party) to request a replacement or refund
    2. If this license was supposed to be provided by a company, check with your IT admin

In short, the behavior you’re seeing is expected when the product key is invalid or blocked, and unfortunately it cannot be fixed from the activation side.

Error 0xC004C060 means the Office product key is no longer valid and has been blocked. The same applies when the activation site reports that the code from the wizard is invalid.

For Office (including LTSC/Professional Plus variants), this typically happens when:

    • The key was stolen or fraudulently obtained and then blocked, or
    • The key is a volume license (such as LTSC Professional Plus 2024) that has been improperly resold to individuals.

In this situation the key cannot be reactivated or fixed. The only supported options are:

    1. Contact the seller of the key and request a refund, explaining that Microsoft reports the key as invalid/blocked (error 0xC004C060).
    2. If the seller refuses and the purchase was through a marketplace or payment provider that offers buyer protection, open a dispute there.
    3. Obtain a genuine license from an authorized source. For consumer use, that means purchasing Microsoft 365 or a retail Office edition directly from Microsoft or an authorized reseller. You can compare and purchase using the link in the documentation: Buy or try Microsoft 365.
    4. When shopping elsewhere, follow Microsoft’s guidance for avoiding counterfeit or misused keys, especially the advice under Beware of Product Keys Sold Separately: tips for safer shopping.

If the product name includes “Professional Plus” or “LTSC Professional Plus 2024” and it was bought as a one-time consumer purchase from a third party, that is a strong indication it is a volume license that should not have been sold to individuals, and refund/dispute with the seller is the only remedy.
