Tonight I paid for M 365 Pilot for 1 year. I was of the impression that it would solve my issue with signing into Word document.

I signed in on my phone instead of my laptop.

Ability to sign into Word in order to edit , save, and send documents.

Would like for my monthly payments to go towards the $99.00 per year subscription.My laptop constantly states my memory is full and documents cannot be processed.

    Hi,

    The Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription is Microsoft 365 only, Microsoft renamed it last year. Let me solve the other problem though.

    My laptop constantly states my memory is full and documents cannot be processed.

    May I see the screenshot of it?

    I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
