Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello Brändon
I just want to gently clarify that this is a user-to-user support forum, so moderators unfortunately don’t have access to internal Microsoft systems, tenant data, or escalation tools. This means I’m not able to create support tickets, trigger backend recovery processes, or connect you directly with Microsoft’s Data Protection team from here.
May I know the exact process you followed when you mentioned “I still cannot create a proper support ticket or get direct assistance”?
- Were you able to access Microsoft 365 Admin Center → Help & Support?
- Or did you encounter any errors when trying to submit the request?
Please also take a look at this thread, as the OP had a very similar situation to yours and was able to successfully reach the Data Protection team. It includes the detailed steps they followed: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5785747/denied-global-administrator-access-although-i-am-t
In that case, the issue was resolved by creating a trial tenant and submitting a support ticket on behalf of the locked tenant, which was then escalated to the Microsoft Data Protection team.
Also, have you tried reaching out to Microsoft support via phone? The suggested script is also included in that thread.
One more thing to keep in mind:
- The trial subscription is usually valid for 30 days
- Before it expires, please remember to cancel it in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to avoid any unexpected charges
- You can follow this guide: Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn
Looking forward to your reply. And if you manage to create a ticket, feel free to share the ticket number via private message, I’ll be happy to help you follow up on it.
