Account recovery is an automated process, even if you can contact Microsoft Support, they cannot recover your account, they will just refer you to the account recovery form.

I wish I had better news,, when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated data like the Email or if 2FA is enabled on the account, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, this forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.

If the hacker has changed the sign‑in email and all security info (including 2FA methods) so there is no longer any verification option that can be accessed, recovery is only possible through the standard Microsoft hacked‑account and recovery flows. If those fail, the account cannot be saved, even with proof of ownership.

    Use these steps:

    1. Run the hacked‑account troubleshooter Use the official guide for compromised Microsoft accounts:
    2. Submit the account recovery form (if available) If sign‑in is blocked by 2FA or changed security info, use the account recovery form and provide as much accurate detail as possible (old passwords, approximate creation date, services used, etc.):
      • Help with the Microsoft account recovery form Guidance from this article:
      • Use a working email that can be accessed now; Microsoft will send updates there.
      • Complete the form from a device and location previously used with the account, if possible.
      • If two‑step verification was turned on and none of the verification methods are accessible, support agents are not allowed to bypass 2FA, send reset links, or change account details.
    3. Understand the hard limit when security info is replaced From multiple official and moderator answers in the context:
      • When a hacker has fully replaced the security info (email, phone, 2FA methods) and the recovery form does not succeed, there is no alternate method for Microsoft to restore access.
      • Microsoft Support cannot override the automated recovery checks or manually verify ownership.
    4. If the recovery form is repeatedly denied Moderator guidance in similar hacked‑account cases states:
      • If the account recovery web form does not work and the security info has been replaced, the Microsoft account is considered unrecoverable.
      • In that case, a new Microsoft account must be created and any affected services (for example, Minecraft, if applicable) must be handled with their own support channels separately.

So, the only chance to save the account is:

    • Use the hacked‑account troubleshooter and the account recovery form, from a known device/location, with maximum accurate detail.
    • If those flows repeatedly fail, the account cannot be recovered, regardless of any proof of ownership that is available outside those forms.
