My sister has been trying to send emails to my outlook account for 2 days. It worked one day and the next she kept getting error messages that outlook was not accepting them. How do we fix this. it is needed for daily check ins. Other emails are coming through just fine. Only affects yahoo emails.

I have the same problem. I had a microsoft tech work with me on the phone for 45 minutes. He told me 2nd level support needs to get involved. He said they would call me. Instead I was notified the case was closed. I still need help.
I have never needed tech support form microsoft. I can't believe it is this bad. They're not even acknowledging there's a problem.

I think there's something going on Microsoft's end right now. I am seeing many people reporting that they cannot receive emails from Yahoo or Gmail users. You are not the only one. Earlier this week it happened with iCloud users, but it finally recovered. Hopefully this is a similar situation. There's no official announcement on Microsoft side at the moment.
I've tried to chat with support several times today and they keep closing the chat and calling the thread complete? I can't get any answers.
