Hello,
I previously earned an MCITP certification around 2012. My MC ID is: 7122365 I would like to know if it is still possible to request or obtain an official MCITP wallet card, replacement card, or any digital equivalent. Could you please advise me on the available options?
Kind regards,
A.R. Mahmoodi

Physical MCITP wallet cards and replacement cards are no longer issued. Current Microsoft certifications and proofs of achievement are provided only in digital form through Microsoft Learn.

For any legacy certification proof that is still available, the only supported option is the digital transcript and related sharing features in the Microsoft Learn profile. If additional help is needed with historical certifications or access to the transcript, a support request must be opened with the Credentials support team using the official channel.

To get assistance with certification records or transcripts:

    1. Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport.
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the certification.
    3. Complete the required fields and submit a support ticket so the Credentials support team can review the MCITP record and advise on what digital proof is still available.
