I passed the MS‑102 Microsoft 365 Administrator exam on June 3, 2026.

The exam appears under “Past exams” in my Microsoft Learn transcript,

but the certification badge is not showing under “Certifications” and

it is not available in Credly.

My Pearson VUE email and Microsoft Learn email are the same.

My Certification Profile fields (name, country, phone, address) are now updated.

Please help sync my certification and badge.

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. You must also hold one of the prerequisite active associate certifications. https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/m365-administrator-expert/#certification-prerequisites

Also, Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications in 2024.

Passing exam MS‑102 does not automatically grant a certification badge. MS‑102 is one of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification.

To receive a certification badge (and then see it under Certifications and in Credly once synced), all required conditions for the certification must be met:

    1. Confirm that the correct certification is being checked
      • MS‑102 is the exam for Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator.
      • The related certification is Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
      • Verify the prerequisites for this certification on the certification page and ensure that at least one required associate-level certification is active.
    2. Verify that all certification requirements are satisfied
      • On the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert page, review the certification prerequisites section and confirm that at least one of the listed prerequisite certifications is held and active.
      • If only the MS‑102 exam has been passed and no prerequisite certification is active, no certification badge will be issued yet. In that case, the transcript will show the exam under Past exams, but there will be no certification under Certifications and nothing to sync to Credly.
    3. Check the Learn profile for the certification once prerequisites are met
      • Go to the Learn profile Credentials area and check the Certifications tab to see if the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification appears.
      • If all requirements are met and more than 24 hours have passed since passing the last required exam, but the certification still does not appear, follow the missing-credentials guidance.
    4. Troubleshoot missing certifications
      • Review the certification requirements again to confirm that all required exams/certifications have been earned.
      • Confirm that sign‑in is with the same Learn profile used when registering for and taking MS‑102 (and any prerequisite exams). If multiple Microsoft accounts exist, sign in with each to check for the certification.
      • If the certification still does not appear under Certifications after confirming the above, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance with missing credentials.
    5. About Credly and profile badges
      • Certification badges are issued only after the full certification is awarded. Since MS‑102 alone is an exam, not a certification, no certification badge will be available in Credly until the full certification requirements are met and the certification is active on the Learn profile.

In summary, the transcript correctly shows the MS‑102 exam under Past exams. The absence of a certification badge and Credly badge indicates that the full certification (for example, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert) has not yet been awarded, most commonly because a required prerequisite certification is missing or inactive. Once all prerequisites are satisfied and the certification appears on the Learn profile, the associated badge can then sync to badging systems.
