Is this a new problem that has recently appeared in the Teams Desktop client? Do other users in the organization have similar issues?
If the problem occurs in the Teams client, please try clearing the Teams client cache and logging in again.

- Log out of your current Teams account. After Teams is closed, re-enter your email and password to log in.
- Check network connection. Make sure you and the person you are transferring to are in a stable network environment.

- Uninstall Teams from your device, then reinstall it.
