tried both links, no help. I had Citrix up and running, then logged off. Now I can't get back in, can't uninstall, and cannot reinstall. I also keep getting a pop-up asking for Citrix Systems to make changes, but it is from outside MS Security. Help, I need this for work.

The Citrix documentation did not resolve my problem.

The issue in my case was the MSI installer package.  Every time I turned on my Windows 7 computer, I would get an attempted start-up installation of Citrix Receiver (Enterprise), which then aborted because it could not find the .msi Installer package.

The solution was to locate the PNAWrapper.msi file and connect it with the Citrix Receiver installer start-up prompt.  That allowed me to INSTALL Receiver.  After the months of trying to eliminate the rogue start-up screen that continued to fail, I am not going to UNINSTALL it.  So whether this solves the problem for anyone else, I do not know.
