System blackout with event id's 142, 41,13 and 6008

Hello,

I just purchased a Toshiba Satellite laptop. I first noticed after about 3 hours playing Star Wars the old Republic it would turn off as if you pulled a power plug from a vacuum. I would shut down, no warning, and no actual process. I had about 4 Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Processor-Power event ID 37's so i changed my power plan to high performance and updated my BIOS. That didn't work so i restored my BIOS to default. After that it kept happening so i looked into some of the other errors to include Event ID;s 142 and 41. I ran virus scan and found nothing and i could not get these events to stop either. I read something about overclocking so i turned down my graphics and it hasn't happened for that game for about 3 hours of game play but it just happened with Starcraft 2. I also noticed i have event id's HAL 13 and Event Log 6008. I am now at a loss. Getting tech support while im stationed in Italy is also a bit ruff. Here is a copy of the Event logs. Any help would be useful. Thank you.

    I am still getting the same faults. the frequency of this is still random. Sometimes it happens after 6 hours and sometimes its about 30 minutes.

    I changed my power settings to high performance when this problem first occured. I went into the settings ans instructed and verified that that is still the current setting. When i ran the disc check it said that it could not fix some things here is the last part of the log.

    Hello there,

    Please click the Windows Key + X on your keyboard and from the list of options that appear, select control panel. When it opens, change the view, so that it's set to small icons. Once you've done that, select power options. Place a checkmark next to high performance.

    Let me know how the computer is after doing the above.

    Hello there,

    Please press the Windows Key + X and from the list that appears, select Event Viewer. Click the drop down icon to the left of custom views, right-click administrative events and select save all events in custom view as. Choose a file name for it and save it in your desired location.

    Upload the file to a sharing site, such as OneDrive and provide me with the link.

    You may be infected with malware. Furthermore, it would be advisable to run a scan with the following programs and delete anything they detect.

    I recommend you perform a scan with System File Checker, which will scan your system for missing/corrupt or damaged files and will try to fix them.
