Issues with Side-by-Side configuration

OK SO I was trying to open GuitarPro and it's like "use SxSTrace cause its screwed up" so i did that and now I don't know what to do.  Here are the trace results:

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay in response from our end.

    Error side-by-side configuration is incorrect normally means you are missing the correct C++ runtime components.

    I suggest you to un-install and re-install GuitarPro and check.

    To un-install GuitarPro, refer to the following link:

    Uninstall, change or repair a program

    **http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows-8/uninstall-change-program**

    You may now restart the computer and then re-install the program and check.

    If the issue persist, I suggest you to run the Deployment Image Servicing and Management command (DISM). It detects incorrect manifests, cabinets or registry data, it may replace the incorrect data with corrected version available. Follow the steps. 

    a. Press Windows key + X.

    b. Click command prompt (Run as administrator).

    c. In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press Enter key after each command:

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    d. To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, type Exit, and then press Enter.
