Okay so checked my folder (C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA) with the unaltered original install; turns out I had the application all along, the problem though is that I can't get it to launch (Not Even InCompatibility Mode.
Try downloading the .cab file from MS which should have the realtek audio manager.

I lost the audio manager when installing from the Realtek website, the .cab file brought it back for me.
