    Hi Henry,

    Open the program folder, which will be in C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)

    Look for the uninstaller file and double click that

    If that does not work, try running the installer for the program again, usually the installer will have an uninstall option, which will cleanly uninstall a stubborn program

    Found an empty "C:\Program Files\Uninstall Information" folder.  Could not find the program I'm trying to uninstall.  Giving up for now.  Try again tomorrow.
