    Hi Ajay,

    It is possible that the hacker can access other PCs that are connected to the same network. On the other hand, hackers might not be able to access another platform such as Android and iOS as a program intended to infect your system is executable for Windows platform only.

    It is advisable to run a full scan of your antivirus to keep your device secured. You can check these article for reference on how you can keep your computer safe and secure:

    * Merged *

    if a hacker was able to get into your windows pc, by whatever means possible, such as a RAT or other piece of malware or anything, could they then be able to go on an attack and gain entry into other devices that are shared accross the same wifi as the firstly attacked windows pc? if yes, would it be only other windows pc or could they get into other platforms such as android or IOS?

    Thanks for your help in advance

    Hi Ajay,

    RAT or remote access Trojan cannot attack other devices across the same WiFi network and as long as your devices are secured and have proper encryption, we believe that it will not affect your devices. Turn on your antivirus apps and make sure to do a full scan of your system everyday as well to check for any unwanted threats.
