Hi - WMP will play any WMA file on your PC but you may need to change some settings to facilitate this. Whereabouts on your PC is the file located? - R.

What format were you saving in previously? I have always avoided WMA because (IMO) any slight benefits in quality were outweighed by compatibility issues. Nevertheless if you have default settings in WMP and put the WMA files in the 'Music' folder it should appear in the Media Player library.

I will be downloading the WMA file to my computer and saving it in a document file, or I can save it in Dropbox. I normally use Express Scribe for transcribing audio files, but have recently been told WMA files are clearer when Windows Media Player is used. I just don't know how to load them into WMP.
