Bluetooth Dongle No Longer Working
Hi,
I have a Asus Bt400 Bluetooth adapter that was working with my PC Windows 10 Pro. Usually when I'm not using it I unplug it. When I plugged it in to back up my phone and tablet Windows recognises it but I cannot use the device. The drivers are the latest and the only changes recently have been windows updates. When I run the trouble shooter it says I need to plug it into a USB 2 socket. Now I have various USB 3 and 2's on my PC and I always plug it into the same USB 2 when using Bluetooth. On this occasion I plugged it into other USB 2 sockets and Windows insists it is plugged into a USB 3 when it is not.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards
David.

2018-04-15T18:49:08+00:00 Thanks for the help guys, Bluetooth is now working. We'll I say working I cannot pair to my phone or tablet as Windows tells me it fails and the devices say the passcode/pin failed. Windows did not give me any pass code and the pass codes received on my devices can't be authorised due to Windows failing prior to me accepting on the devices.
