i am not able to use rewrite function in tally in my windows 10

i am not able to rewrite data in tally with ctrl+alt+r on my windows 10 laptop please suggest me alternative key or resolve this issue...

Most likely this is due to a conflict with some other program. If you want to know if some program is conflicting -

Boot your computer in Clean boot mode and then start tally. If it works successfully, then some program is conflicting with this.

Refer to the section - How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot.

Don't forget to do - Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting.

    As you told me it may be conflict with other program...I changed the shortkey of other program I.e. hp recovery manager...and now I am able to use that ctrl+alt+r key to use as rewrite data in tally...make sure guys when you want to use this function keys you open tally as a administration...
