Thank you for your response.
As you have upgraded to latest version of Windows, settings might have set to default. So we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to search image and check if it helps.
- Open File Explorer and click on C: drive.
- Click on View and check the box next to Hidden in the Show/hide section.
- Then click on Users > Username (your username) > AppData > Roaming > Microsoft > Windows.
- There you will find folder by name LockScreen_A, LockScreen_B, etc.
- Kindly look into the folders and check for the picture.
- If you do not find, try following the path mentioned in step 7.
- Go to C: drive and click on Windows > Web > Screen.
