CAPS LOCK only works when SHIFT / ALT / CTRL / WINDOW + CAPS LOCK.

Hello everyone! <3

It really bothers me that i can't toggle my caps just by toggling caps. I have to do the above to activates it.

Yesterday everything was fine, but today it started doing this. 

BUT when i restarted my laptop, it was fine for 1 minute and BOOM BACK TO ANNOYING. HELP!

    My problem was fixed after i uninstalled my anti-virus, thanks for the video tho! <3 happy new year

    Hi Nelsonkth,

    Apologies as my instruction was not complete, can you also check if there is a check mark in the box beside "Turn on sticky keys" that has "Press keyboard shortcuts (such as CTRL+ALT+DEL) one key at a time" in Set up Sticky Keys settings?

    To check it, please go to:

    Control Panel> Ease of Access> Ease of Access Center> Set up Sticky Keys

    Please make sure to save the changes. You may also send a screenshot of your current settings, thank you.

    I have followed your instructions and un-checked all the check boxes below Sticky, Toggle and Filter keys.

    But my problem still persists. :(

    Can you please check if your "Sticky Keys" Control Panel\Ease of Access\Ease of Access Center\Set up Filter Keys" is enabled?

    To do that please go to Control Panel> Ease of Access> Ease of Access Center> Make the keyboard easier to use and if the box beside Turn on Sticky Keys, Turn on Toggle Keys, and Turn on Filter Keys have a check mark? If yes, please try removing the check mark.
