Hi Sajani, My name is Jeremy, a Windows Independent Adviser. I'll be happy to help you out today. Let’s see what I can do.
I understand your frustration there and I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you. Rest assured that I will do my best to help you
I would recommend you to use the troubleshooter, just simply press the start menu, type "troubleshooting" and click the first result. on the right pane, scroll down and select Bluetooth. let it run and please follow the on-screen instructions.
if that didn't work, please do try to add the device thru the control panel
- Press on Windows + R then type control and press enter,
- Click on Hardware & sound > Device and printers > and on the upper left command, click on "Add a device" then follow the on-screen instruction
if that also didn't work, let's try to reinstall Bluetooth driver
- Press on Windows + X then select 'device manager'
- Look for Bluetooth and click the arrow to expand, you will see the list of drivers and paired devices.
- Look for your Bluetooth driver (mine is 'Intel wireless Bluetooth') and right-click and select "Uninstall
- Restart your computer and go back to Device Manager
- On the upper command, click on "Action" and then click on "Scan for hardware changes", it will automatically reinstall your Bluetooth Driver
and then try again to connect to your Bluetooth device
Let me know if it works
Kind regards,
Jeremy
