Yes on my end I refuse the item it says delivered failed- processing refund it also says refund will be issued within 4-7 business days I not sure if it in this stuck status the werehouse got it back last Friday on the 19th

If the warehouse received it Friday then you’ll not see the refund issued yet, I would expect another 10 days including weekends before this.
Working/business days are Monday to Friday.

It is referring to you receiving a refund within 4 - 7 working days which is classed as Monday to Friday, so would be roughly 6 to 9 days in total depending on the day you received the notification.
The refund will be returned to the payment method used for the purchase.
If there was a problem processing the refund then the delay is due to requiring a manual refund, someone will have to process this refund rather than it being automated.
