I was using my bluetooth headphones perfectly 3 months ago, but not after updating to windows 11 , I am trying to connect to my bluetooth it connects but the voice and music keeps disconnecting in a loop. Even in the playback device the device is in a loop between enable and disable.

I have tried everything updating driver , reinstalling it and even Reset my PC.

It haunts me

Please help.

Any information you need, let me know. I just want to use my wireless keyboard again. I just want this madness to end.

    Good Day JatinNakashe,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

Here's the steps you can try.

First, try to pair your bluetooth headphones using other device for us to check if the issue is with the computer or the Bluetooth headphone itself.

If it does the same using a different device means that the Bluetooth headphone is faulty.

If it works using a different device proceed with the steps below.

    Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter

    -Go to Settings

    -Click System

    -Click Troubleshoot then “additional troubleshooter

-Look for Bluetooth , click it and run the troubleshooter.

Once done proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows Key + R

    -Type Services.msc and hit enter

    -Look for "Bluetooth Support Service"

-Set it to start then Automatic.

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Bluetooth

-Look for Bluetooth driver that was installed

    -Right click and Update

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver

-Let me pick drivers available drivers

-Choose an old driver and use it.

Restart your device, then pair your Bluetooth headphones.

if issue persist, let's download and install the Bluetooth driver

What is the exact model of your computer for me to check.

To check the system model proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

-Look for the System Model and manufacturer and post it here.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
