    Hi,

I have tried but still same error, so then finally I re-installed win 10 then it's working.

Please give us if you have any other alternative option for other users

I don't have a user guide but here is the link for the app:

    Kind Regards,

It does appear to be a bug with this update, the other alternative I have seen is to use the store based RDP app.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

    Hello Elise,

Thanks for your quick response, But where the AWS IAM server configuration doesn't have an IP address it must connect through RDP with a hostname, can you give me any other alternative solution for it?

Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Other users have also reported this error, one workaround was to use the IP address of the server rather than the hostname.

Alternatively the RDP client app from the Microsoft Store appears to be unaffected by this issue.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise
