WiFi and Bluetooth stop working automatically

I have Windows 11 (22H2 with latest update) on my device, and quite often (1 or 2 times a day while using) the WiFi stops working. It disconnects automatically and when I try to reconnect, it doesn't show any available networks. Then I run the network adapter troubleshooter, and it solves the problem for the time being (it shows: "problem with wireless adapter or access point" and fixed), until the next time when the same thing happens again, and I have to run the troubleshooter again.
Same issue is happening with the Bluetooth setting. I would have it connected to my headphones, but sometimes they disconnect automatically. Then when I try to reconnect, the Bluetooth icon and setting show as missing in the taskbar control center, and when I open the Bluetooth tab in settings, it shows that Bluetooth is not on the device, and the Bluetooth option also shows missing in the network adapter troubleshoot page. Then I would have to shut down and restart the computer, and it would show up and start working again, until the next time when the same thing happens again.

I have tried updating the network drivers, but the Device manager says that the updated drivers are installed already. I have also downloaded and installed the drivers available under my device serial and product number on the manufacturer's (HP) website, but the problem still prevails.

Thank you for this additional information.

So this adapter is responsible for both Wifi and Bluetooth. In the Device manager, right click on this adapter > properties > power management. And uncheck the allow computer to turn off device to save power box, and observe if this issue continues.

You already downloaded and installed the driver from HP, that's both Wifi and BT drivers right? Even though they are served by the same adapter, drivers still need to be installed as Wifi and BT separately.

Your HP should also have the HP update assistant. Run that and make sure all firemware is updated too.

If none of these addresses the issue, you might want to reach out to HP while your device is still covered as a new device. This can be a hardware issue related to power supply from the mainboard, or the card itself.

The device was new and all the updates happened simultaneously while setting up and ended up at 22H2

    Hello there, this is Emily.

Sorry you are having this issue.

Do you mind going to Device Manager > Network adapters, and tell me the full name of the wifi adapter? Thanks!

22H2 is a user instigated update and not an auto win update, was it OK under 21H2?
