Unable to uninstall a program (Maya 2023) using settings, appwiz.cpl and revo uninstaller windows 10

I'm trying to install a new version of Maya 2024 from the Autodesk website legally and having some trouble. I think it may have something to do with the old version of Maya 2023 that I had pirated. (I think this is probably the root of the issue)

I know piracy is bad, but I have a real license now and technically did at the time to, but due to miscommunication from my college I was lead to believe there was no way to me to access Maya from home and resorted to piracy, as over $200 dollars a month for a license was not possible for me at the time.

I tried uninstalling it first through Apps and Features in settings which brought up a window asking to give permission. After agreeing it closes then nothing happens, even after waiting for a while.

I then tried using Revo Uninstaller, which had a similar reaction, showing that the program is there, but when I try to uninstall it nothing happens. When I select to show the 'install location' of the program through revo it just opens windows explorer to the top of my D: drive, displaying no traces at all of anything to do with maya, including hidden files.

I think this may have been me a few months ago just deleting the folder in file explorer rather than trying to properly uninstall it, because I'm a moron

This is where I started to get quite frustrated, as it is appearing in lists of programs but seemingly has no install location.

I followed some advice online and opened appwiz.cpl and trying that to uninstall it, but when I do it just gets stuck, seemingly doing nothing, but not being able to start any other process, telling me to wait until the current program is done uninstalling or modifying.

After that I had no clue what to do and made this post, sorry if this isn't the right place for it, but this seems like an issue to do with my computer as a whole

I know that this is almost certainly all my own fault for using pirated software, but any help will be greatly appreciated, I'm kind of at my wits end here so sorry if this came off a bit rambley.
