Conexant SmartAudio HD - Cant launch audio wizard

So i recently updated my audio driver which is Conexant SmartAudio HD and there seems to be no problem at first. After updating i realized that my custom preference for the sounds has been reset and i have to do it again via the audio wizard panel as seen here https://imgur.com/a/gDSY8Un

But when i tried to open it, it didn't respond and nothing showed up. The original panel works just fine, but i cannot open the audio wizard panel which means my laptop's sound is low and weird. I've been having this problem for like a week and been looking for a fix and haven't found it yet.

My OS is Windows 10 Pro 1909 OSB 18363

My laptop is ASUS

    I have found a working solution to this on windows 10 and windows 11...
    It seems to be universal for asus conexant that uses this software. Its actually just two different softwares dependent on eachother. Not so easy to find out. SmartAudio has a Audio Wizard that is actually ICEpoweraudio.com software reskinned as Asus ROG software. When you go to Asus download site its software is further down the list in audio and it is weird that its not bundled with the main driver as it depends on eachother. Makes for a lot of problems for users.

    Solution
    Install the driver as needed and the unzip and install the wizard.

    It should now open the audio wizard when you click the launcher lower right in smartaudio...
