everything is up to date from drivers to the latest version of bios and no overclocking in my laptop. I tried also to install a fresh windows on the laptop but it doesn't solve the problem.

    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

The minidump files indicate amdppm.sys as a cause of the BSOD which is related to AMD drivers.

To troubleshoot this issue, kindly Download then install the latest version of BIOS & Chipset drivers only from the manufacturer's website. If your GPU is from AMD update the graphics card driver as well.

If you are overclocking your PC, try running everything (CPU, GPU, system memory) at their stock speeds. See if the issue is still reproducible. Or, turn off XMP profile or set it to Auto.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you need further assistance.
