PC Disk running at 100%, where to start for fix

About a month ago I returned home and tried to run my PC only to find that the SSD was running at 100% usage. I'm sure any readers are familiar with this symptom and have a possible answer but it goes deeper, so I'm going to list as many things I've tried as I can remember. I've tried Factory resetting, for some reason it's nearly impossible, even when I did successfully reset on a alternate hard drive with an older save of my PC it stopped for a bit then was showing the same symptoms on that hard drive as well. I don't have a usable system image to try and revert to aside from one I made on the old save but apparently they have different booting. Reinstalling windows using creation tool gives an error at about 60 something percent. I've tried many different commands prompt things like sfc scannow (on administrator) which said windows was corrupted but couldn't be repaired and I couldn't get the manual commands to work and have tried tons of other specific commands with no sign of change. I've done settings changes like disabling tips and notifications, and went through task manager to see any thing driving up the usage. With all of this it would seem to be a hardware issue, I've tested the ram sticks generally by taking three of the four out then testing, then swapping it out and they all showed the same symptoms, as I said earlier I saw the same issues on a different hard drive. I don't typically install a lot of things to get viruses, though the only thing I may be slightly suspicious of is AmuletMC, a Minecraft world modifier. With what I've tried I'm led to believe it's a hardware issue but the only thing I can think that I haven't checked was the motherboard but I heard it was unlikely for that to be the cause, but it would be pretty par for the course since my typical luck has my PCs blue screening funnily at least weekly funnily enough (again, I don't install things that should cause this, just steam and games, Firefox, steelseries, some video editing software, etc.) Mostly I'm hoping to hear a definitive answer on where the problem resides and I'll try to answer questions for any person who wants to tackle this issue, since it's only gotten more complex.     Your current SSD seems to be not working properly. I found some "clues" from the pictures you provided. You can see that the write speed of your SSD in the pictures you sent is only 145KB/s, and the read speed is only 3.5MB/s, but your disk occupancy rate has reached 100%. This situation is obviously abnormal. In this case, I suspect that your current system SSD may be at risk of damage.

    Let's do a backup of the files in this SSD hard drive first (to prevent data loss caused by damage), and then we disconnect the hard drive from the computer (this operation will not affect your other files, but in order to prevent accidental loss, it is recommended to back up your important data in advance). After that, we can try to use other hard drives to reinstall Windows to test whether the Stone Buddha still has this 100% occupancy problem. Since it is impossible to make a judgment on the spot, we can only conduct such a cross test to confirm whether it is a hardware-level damage. Please understand.

    Unfortunately yes the disk usage is still running at 100%, removing the fuzz just allowed it to turn on again and I will attach some pictures of the first few pages on task manager

    After you check the memory error (a small red fuzz causes a memory bug), are there any obvious errors? Does the disk usage still soar to 100%?

    Don't worry, even if there may be abnormal processes causing high usage, we still have other possible solutions to solve this problem (the worst case is to back up the data, format the disk with USB installation media, and reinstall to solve all possible software problems).

    Sorry for my late reply, I had checked through the task manager and hadn't seen anything abnormal, and all the processes said they were taking usually .1 MB or around where they were supposed to even though the total usage was still at high percentages. Ironically I can't take a picture of task manager because the PC now is refusing to even open after I tried pulling the graphics card and ram out to double check if the ram might me the problem, it's giving me a blinking amber light but in case I do get it back up and running but the Disk problem persists I'd like to find a possible solution.

    Quick edit, I found the reason it was giving the amber lights, there was a tiny piece of red fuzz under one of the RAM sticks, turning it on now and it's doing something.

    Don't worry. I will work with you to resolve the issue.

    You have tried many of the usual troubleshooting steps to fix the problem of your SSD constantly running at 100% usage.

    But since 100% disk usage only occurs when the drive is completely full of reads and writes.

    You can see the read and write percentage of a process in Task Manager, but you don't see any other abnormal processes even there?

    You can confirm again or send me a screenshot of the location when the usage reaches 100%, and then I will carefully analyze the possible reasons and solutions for you.
