Regedit => Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse

Double click MouseHoverWidth and set it to 0
Double click MouseHoverHeight and set it to 0
restart
==> Did not help.

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Ease of Access Center\Make the mouse easier to use => Disable "Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse"
==> Did not help

In fact both the above settings are disabled.

Still i see mouse auto click is enabled.

    Hi Sukumar, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

    Where do you encounter this issue? You may try to extend the MouseHovertime in the Registry to a longer period to make it as good as disabled. Here are the steps:

    Hello, my name is Eric. I’ll do my best to assist you.

    It’s possible the issue could be related to your mouse hardware. Could you try using a different mouse to see if the auto-click behavior persists? Additionally, could you clarify exactly where you’re noticing the auto-click feature activating? Understanding this will help us troubleshoot more effectively.

    If you have any insights into when this issue first appeared, please share those as well—they might provide clues about the cause.

    In the meantime, here’s a similar discussion on the Microsoft Community that may offer some solutions: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/is-there-a-way-to-disable-the-mouse-hover-feature/ab4f71fe-6fbd-4a19-9d0e-2427c348515e

    Please let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,

    Eric
