AKA.M/Prosupport redirect

I was told by Microsoft phone support to open a ticket by going to aka.m/prosupport that site directed me to a phone number 855 446 1504. The person gave me a ticket number. Remoted connected and was in my system before I disconnected. NOT GOOD!

    How is the world do you talk to a human being. This is ridicules customer service. Your automated system is terrible and not able to help me. PLEASEEEEEEEEE, I have been trying to talk to a human for the last 3 weeks, I keep getting nowhere. Can someone with a pulse please contact me.

    I can not sign into my business account with the authenticator app. i will try and sign on on my computer and it ask for the number code and it doesn't show up on the app on my phone. Ive tried calling a support number and its just a robot that doesn't understand what's going on.

    Shawn thank you for the reply, but the numbers given doesn't get me anywhere. I need to speak to a live person. Calling all those numbers only got me to an automated system. It's pretty sad actually. Even if I could chat with a Microsoft rep via email, that would be helpful. Is there a email to customer support? Please, I'm letting begging for some help here.

    Yes I agree. The support is a joke. Can't speak to a human being is ridiculous. Is this community an actual Microsoft community? Or is just a place to gripe about service. Is there anyone who actually works for on here?

    How do I turn off authenticator, it keeps forcing me to use that to log in. I don't want that as I have mutlitple accounts
