How can I create and send a "Forms" to members of a Teams channel through private chat?

I share weekly updates with my staff. I want to encourage everyone's participation, suggestions, etc. I thought creating and sending a Forms request to each member may be a good way to achieve this. I don't want to post it in the channel, because I don't want it to clutter the feed. Instead, I want to create the form and have it send to each member of the channel through a private chat. Is this possible? Maybe something through PowerAutomate? I'm open to suggestions.

    Was this AI generated? I've searched with copiolot and chatgpt and they all suggest using "get team members." This is not an option. Not only that, the closest option is to select the members of a group chat. Could you please share a screenshot of what you are suggesting?

    Currently, you cannot directly send a Microsoft Form to all members of a Teams channel via individual private chats using the standard Teams or Forms interface. However, you can achieve this by combining Microsoft Forms with Power Automate to automate sending the form link as a private chat message to each channel member. 

    How to create and send a Forms request privately to each member of a Teams channel 

    1, Create your Microsoft Form: 

    • Use Microsoft Forms to build your survey or feedback form.
    • Get the shareable link to the form (set to accept responses from your organization).

    2, Use Power Automate to send the form link via private chat: 

    • Create a new flow in Power Automate.
    • Use the Microsoft Teams connector to:
    • List members of the specific Teams channel (using the "Get team members" action).
    • For each member, send a 1:1 chat message containing the form link (using the "Send message" action in Teams).
    • This automates sending the form link individually to each member without posting it in the channel feed.
