Using the New Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar

According to your description, the issue of your concern that you would like to add your signature on your New Outlook for Mac.
Adding a signature in the new Outlook for Mac is straightforward. Here’s how you can do it for your work account:
- Open Outlook and go to the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down and click on Mail > Compose and Reply.
- Under Email signature, click on the + button to create a new signature.
- Type a name for your signature.
- In the Signature editor, type your signature and format it as you like. You can include text, images, your electronic business card, a logo, or even a handwritten signature.
- Once you’re done, select Save.
To set this signature as the default for your work account:
- Go back to Settings > Mail > Compose and Reply.
- Under Choose default signature, select your work account.
- Choose your new signature for New messages and Replies/forwards.
