Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
Dear DavidK575757,
Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting in the Microsoft Support Community.
I realise that your Outlook account has been suspended, I know deep down that this account is important to you and I will do my best to help you!
1.Recovery form
You can fill out the recovery form twice a day. To fill out the recovery form, you will need information about your most recent email, and if you sent the most recent email to a friend, you can ask your friend to give you specific information about the email. If you have purchased Microsoft products, you can find and provide order information. Then, fill out the recovery form as completely and accurately as possible to help you recover your account.
You can fill out the form below: Recover your account

2.Contact Microsoft Online Support
The community is mostly a technical forum for personal accounts and we don't have access to your account to protect the privacy and security of our users. I can only recommend you to contact Microsoft's online support team to recover your account, you can click on this link and follow the step-by-step instructions below to contact them.
The account used to contact customer service online is not an account that you cannot sign in to, you can use another personal account to contact them, such as the one you are posting with, or if you do not have another personal account, you can temporarily create a new Microsoft account to contact customer service online.
- Open the site: Contact - Microsoft Support
- In the box under "We're Here to Help," enter MSA, click "Get Directions," and then click "Contact Customer Service." (You must be signed in to your Microsoft account. If not, follow step 3.)
- In this section, you need to sign in to your personal Microsoft account.
Note: You can only sign in with your personal MSA, the correct content will not be displayed when you sign in with your company account. If the account cannot be connected, you can use a different account or create a new account to run it;
- Under Products & Services, select "Other Products," select "Manage Account Security," and then click Confirm.
- You can select "Chat with a support specialist in web browser" and enter the chat window.
Please contact customer service during your office hours.
Additionally, if you have purchased Microsoft products with your Microsoft account, you may be able to provide information such as order numbers, invoices, and other information about what you have purchased to the Microsoft Online Support team, which may improve the success of your account recovery.
Thank you for your patience and support.
Best Regards
