Microsoft Dynamics CRM Clickdimensions issues

I am an account admin on our company Microsoft Dynamics CRM ClickDimensions and I cannot edit eblast templates in the Marketing module of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM browser version right now. I can pull up the record, but when I try to open any of the editing tools (like Clone, the HTML version editing window, or the Text version editing window) it gives me an error stating “Account not Active”. See full error below. As far as I can tell, the templates are active and my account is still active, so I don't know what this error is referring to. Please help!

Thank you!

Dynamics CRM is not currently supported here on QnA. They're actively answering questions in dedicated forums here.
