It's rather paralyzing if the forum you go to for help is an obstacle in itself and incredibly user unfriendly. I'm quite new to this particular forum (but a member of quite a few others), and about to give up. Just now I wanted to answer a query and I got the following message:
Unable to execute your request
We are sorry, but we are unable to execute your request at this time. You may be seeing this page because you attempted to submit a thread before its form was fully loaded. Please refresh this page and then try again. If this error persits (sic!), please enter a Site feedback and provide details of the action you were trying to take.
Yesterday I sought help and used the refine function to filter on "vs-general" and I got:
"An Internal error has occurred and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We are doing our best to fix the problem as soon as possible."
Two times I use Q&A, and two times they make it impossible to do what I want.
Please resolve this!
(To add insult to injury, I'm referred to Site Feedback by your pages, and then have to guess what -obligatory - tag I've got to fill in. There isn't even a site feedback tag! That's insane!)
