Frequent Issues in submitting answers

Numerous time I type a response to a poster's question - often spending quite a bit of time on crafting the answer.

When I hit POST I then receive:

There are many times when I simply do not have the time or stamina to try to recreate the answer post so it is lost for good and puts me off spending more time in providing answers.

I am also in the Community Champion program and have posted the same in the Teams channel there - why does this happen? It can't be that the page hasn't loaded considering the length of time it has taken to write some of the responses.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

The following is a "work around" while waiting for a permanent fix.

As you commented it is extra work when posts fail or even with the "work around".



The post fails are due to time.

The back arrow typically allows the helper to view their post that had failed with the error message.

Copy the post using control + c or remove the post using control + x.

Refresh the webpage.

Paste the post that was copied.

Then click post your answer.



The website timer needs to be fixed so that when helpers work on posts they do not time out with the resulting error message.
