we know that this is limitation of the product.
But a lot of customers including us , we are using departmental email system "we send messages from groups via send as ".
NDRs can delivered ONLY to individual accounts . if you sent from group you cannot receive the NDR .
- we tried various workaround option . e.g via Mail Flow Rules to forward bcc the NDR message to group without result. we have opened a ticket #28628636. but they told us that is product limitation.
Please consider to implement this as a feature . it will help a lot .
