Hello, I would like to make a suggestion to make sending emails in COSMIC cases much easier. When we send emails in cases, depending on what Team we are from, we have specific email templates we use. The email template button in COSMIC is quite slow and can take a while to type in the template you need. Along with the email templates button being slow. Could I suggest that we have an option to pin the templates we use regularly to the top of the page? It's similar to the "Recently Used" section but instead of it being recently used it's pinned to our needed templates for that team. You could also add specific templates you need if you're cross-trained or helping out another team! I'd say it allows 15 pinned templates? What do you think? Thanks for listening to my suggestion!
