Issues are very numerous. Appears to be AMD Ryzen related but this has not been confirmed. Many experiencing BSOD, eradicate OS behavior with continual Event ID: 86 in Event Viewer.

Began when I prepared for W10>W11 upgrade. I don't game, basic mid-tower PC. Error continues w/ W11. I suspect it has to do w/ UEFI AMD cert enrollment via TPM.

This does not seem to be AMD only related, you should read Rudy Ooms blog about it.
While you receive this error and W11 does a lot of things with the TPM chip, I don't think it's causing your BSOD's directly.

Evidently this issue has been resolved with the latest Dev-Build update (yesterday, Monday, Nov 15, 2021). I run Insider Editions therefore I cannot validate since I'm generally several days behind the Dev-Build OS updates. None-the-less, I wanted to share this information. The individual who posted did not indicate what the Dev-Build number is. Be patient is all I can say.

Strange why this has yet to filter to insider beta channel?
I am on 22000.348 and the problems persist.
I get random BSOD out of nowhere, usually when my PC has been idle and I then open a few programs.

Unfortunately, as of writing, this is still an issue. I have 418 instances of this since 2021-10-28 (the date I installed Windows 11 - a clean install). Just today (25 December), there have been 23 instances, with most appearing to be related to reboots (I had to reboot a number of times to remove Asus' bloatware that's installed via the BIOS(!!!)).

I have this exact same issue on my AMD 5950X and it does trigger a BSOD at the login screen. I'm still on Windows 10.

When is a fix supposed to be released to standard public builds?

And why is Azure involved? This computer has nothing related to Azure.

Cheers, Rob

I believe azure is where the TPM key attestation service is hosted (similar to hosting in AWS etc). While it's written in the context of autopilot, here's an interesting article that goes into a bit of detail https://call4cloud.nl/2021/11/the-pursuit-of-happy-uhh-tpm-provisioning/

Research, double-check, research & triple-check your hardware device drivers. A very recent updated driver for my graphics card resolved the attestation issue(s). Double-check and triple-check all of your hardware devices to ensure you have the absolute most up-to-date drivers for your OS.

Visit the website "amd-keyid-907d65e9b562315997dd5ad086b2b7598957b92c.microsoftaik.azure.net" in a browser, it says it "does not exist". Its a server side issue.
