Dear Madam/Sir,

I have an Excel add in in Excel 2010 for Oracle Smart view. The add in is removing  every time that I close the Excel and I need to add it again.

Would you please advise what is the solution for it?

    Hi Jomar,

    Thanks for your response.

    In the article that responses to this problem , it mentioned that these solutions are for just "Excel Add ins" and not for "COM Add Ins".

    The Oracle smart view Add Ins that I am working with is a COM add Ins and I could not fix it with this method.

    Would you please advise if there is any other solution?

    A recent Microsoft Office security update (for July 2016) has caused add-in Ribbon Menu Bars to disappear when Excel is opened.
