I didn't get additional information from the Event logs.

Anyway, errors like this could also be related to a GPU driver issue so I will recommend that you update the GPU driver to the latest version.

If that doesn't help, try to uninstall and reinstall the GPU driver.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

    Thanks for reaching out!

After running the System File checker it said I didn't have any corrupted files, but it still seems to be crashing.
Are there any other ways to solve this problem?

I can't access the file because it asks for an account.

Can you upload the file to WeTransfer instead?

    1. Go to https://wetransfer.com/ and click " I just want to send files".
    2. click (+) logo or select a folder to upload the files.
    3. click 3 Dots(...) beside "Transfer".
    4. select Get Transfer Link.
    5. click Get a link.
    6. Copy the link and share it here.

    Thanks.

    Hi jenny.xo,

I'm Paul, I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem.

Don't worry, I will help you to solve it.

Since the "Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll" is a system file, I will first recommend that you use System File Checker to check and fix corrupted system files that may be the cause of the issue. Please refer to the link.

    Sorry if that didn't help.

Can you share the System/Application event logs?

    >> Open Event Viewer.

    >> Click Windows Logs.

    >> Right-click System/Application .

    >> click "Save all events as"

    >> Select location, name the file, and click Save.

    >> select "Display Information for these languages ", click English and click OK.

    >> Upload the saved log file to OneDrive and share the link here.

    Thanks.
