How do I unlink a separate Microsoft account from Windows 11?

So I was trying to use the Nearby sharing feature, when all of a sudden a "Sign in" was needed. However, the sign in email address is nothing alike to my actual email address.

This email address does belong to me (as I made it as a burner email due to issues trying to figure out how to add more accounts onto the New Outlook), however I have since forgotten the password (with it likely being a random password I never saved, thinking I would never have to enter the password again, oh how foolish I am), so I cannot try entering

With most things I would have to reset my PC, but seeing that I've reset my PC countless times trying to fix other problems (and that I'm reluctant to do so at this current moment), how can I unlink rouge Microsoft accounts from my computer without simply resetting the PC?

Here's as much proof as I can give. I cannot show the first email address for privacy reasons but I am showing the second one, since I'm likely never going to use it again. You'll likely have to go off of the fact the first MS account has a pixelated profile picture (which I never gave the second MS account)

System Info:

Windows 11 Home

Version: 23H2

Installed on: 09/‎07/‎2022 (the last time I reset my PC)

OS build: 22635.2915

Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22682.1000.0

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

It sounds like you're trying to unlink a Microsoft account from your Windows 11 device. Fortunately, you don't need to reset your PC to do this. Follow these steps:

    1. Click on the "Start" button and select "Settings".
    2. In the Settings window, click on "Accounts".
    3. In the Accounts section, select "Your accounts".
    4. Here, you should see a list of all the Microsoft accounts linked to your device. Find the account you want to remove and click on it.
    5. Click on "Manage" and then "Remove this account from this device".

Please note that removing an account will also remove its data from the device, so make sure you've backed up any important information before proceeding. Also, you'll need to be signed in as an administrator to remove accounts.

After you've removed the account, you should be able to sign in with your main Microsoft account and use the Nearby sharing feature without any issues.

Please keep me updated on your progress, and don't hesitate to ask if you have further questions or need more assistance.

    Best regards

Thanks!! I unlinked the account (which honestly I should've looked more thoroughly for, seeing that I wanted to fix the problem immediately so whoops!)

On an unrelated note, somehow Windows Security decided to give me a critical note suggesting that I fix Windows Hello, although that didn't work. The problem was inevitably solved through me just temporarily adding a password and unlinking Windows Hello temporarily to fix the error, which didn't really fix it, but it did turn it into one I could Dismiss easily. It might've had to do with the burner account not being linked to Windows Hello.
