When Maps load I have three different views available, Road, Aerial and Bird's eye. When I select Road or Aerial, different views are still available for me to choose, but when I select Bird's eye, the options disappear and a label with a 'x' appears.
Is this a bug?
If it isn't is there a way for me to still have the options available for me to choose from when I'm in Bird's eye view.

The short answer is No. Birdseye & Streetside do not offer full earth coverage so there will be many situations where Birdseye and Streetside are not available but others are. We have a sample to detect and fall back Check Birdseye V2 Availability (bing.com)
