From one of my disks I've tried to download stuff it comes up with error saying "You don't have perms to download/save to this file" Its not exactly what it says but yeah. Ever since I downloaded it. It had stopped me downloading stuff.

    Hi Matthew,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

I am afraid that using third-party cleaning/registry editor tools like CCleaner is not recommended because most of them contain malware or adware.

It is highly recommended to remove it.

Does your computer have any issues that need to be fixed with the mentioned software? Does your computer have any issues after uninstalling it?

Please feel free to ask if you have more questions.

A very bad idea to use cccleaner or any other reg cleaner for anything other than temp files, In cccleaner undo what ever you have done then uninstall it.

Win11 has all the tools required to remove temp files

If you cannot undo then you would need to run the sfc/DISM process to correct what has been done

Would you please take a screenshot of the error message that you see?

Have you tried downloading stuff with another browser?

Meanwhile, please Right-click on the folder where you're trying to save the file > Properties > Security > Edit > Ensure that your user account has permission to write to the folder.

    Please keep me posted.
