This is the bug that I had on windows 10, and now it is here on windows 11.

I bought my laptop in Austria (German-speaking nation), and the default language was German (Austria). Now, for some reason, I have both German (Germany) AND German (Austria) automatically installed time to time (usually after restart). However, in the language menu I have only one version of German, and when I uninstall it, I still have the second version German (although it uninstalls after some time).

I have already tried reinstalling languages in all possible ways (including reinstalling ALL languages except of one - German (Austria) or English) many times before, but the bug just keeps appearing again and again.

Like you said, I believe this is a bug, so open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue as a bug.

In some cases, if you add the missing language and then remove it, then it works.

In other case, you may remove all languages (except English) and then add the one you like.
