dictate in greek language

Question

I have win 10 pro and office profesional plus 2021. Selected language is Greek. The dictate was ok until today. The dictate button disaooeared and i can;t re-activate it again.

What can i do?

Its good to know the dictate feature is working for you in Office 2021 Professional Plus. I didnt know that, i was only referencing the support article

As for switching from Office 2021 to Microsoft 365, there is no direct way to do this for free. Office 2021 is a perpetual license, while Microsoft 365 is a subscription-based service. If you want to switch to Microsoft 365, you would need to purchase a subscription.

Hi anna again.

I would like to inform you that dictate work at office 2021 pro plus. Doesn't recognize greek language. Is there any possibility to add greek language at the future?

The dictate feature is not available in the perpetual version of Office 2021. It is only available in Word for Microsoft 365, Word for Microsoft 365 for Mac, and Word for the web with an active Microsoft 365 subscription.

Seeing features that belong to Microsoft 365 subscribers on a perpetual license is sometimes a software defect and once it is found it could work for a while until it corrects itself
